How To Return

Online Orders

We ask you to please return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return an item(s) to us, we request that your package includes a copy of your invoice.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, cosmetics or perfume where the cellophane packaging has been removed, or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

We suggest to send your return tracked. and retain your receipt as your proof. Should any returned parcel be lost, this can be used to lodge your claim to the courier company. Please be reminded that for a lost parcel you need to lodge your claim with your nominated postal service, Bowler and Betty will not be obligated to deal with this.

You are responsible for the cost of the return postage, which is non-refundable.


In-store Purchases

Items bought in-store that you wish to return, must be returned to the shop for exchange or credit within 60 days of purchase. All returns or exchanges for items bought in-store must be made in person - we do not accept returns via post for items purchased in-store.  

Sale items bought in-store are non-returnable.  

All items can be tried on in our Covid Safe changing rooms.
