Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can shop with us without creating an account. If you do hold an account with us, this means quicker shopping! To create an account, simply click on ‘Register’ to fill in your details.

 

What Payment Methods do you take?

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and debit cards and that payment will be debited from your account at the time that your order is placed by Paypal. We also take payments from Paypal.

My favourite styles aren't in stock, when will they be back in stock?

Unfortunately, from time to time certain styles in certain sizes will appear out of stock, this is due to the popular demand of our products. We always endeavour to have all our stock and sizes available, but occasionally this isn’t possible. We do regularly replenish stock and we now have the option for out of stock alerts - just add you email in the field when instructed on the product page to make sure you are the first to know when something comes back into stock.

Our staff are always on hand in store and available Monday – Friday 10.30 am – 5pm. Just call the shop on 01904 630407 and we will strive to find your style or suggest an alternative.

 

I've seen an item in store but I can't find it online

Unfortunately, our stock in store is very extensive and varied which sometimes makes it very hard for us have everything for sale on our website as well as in-store.

Some items we stock may only be available in-store, including our limited amount of true vintage clothing and accessories. However, some lines will be Online Exclusives so keep an eye on our website and social media pages to keep up to date.

If you are interested in buying something you have seen, then do feel free to call the shop (01904 630407) and we may be able to help - time and staff depending. 

 

I've received my items but they aren't right, how do I return them?

We try to be as accurate with our product descriptions and sizing guides as possible but if you do receive your items and they aren’t what you expected or don’t fit quite right, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery for all online purchases.

Simply pop the items back into the post, unworn, with all tags attached and your invoice to the address on the payment invoice.

For all in-store purchases – we do not offer money-back returns on any items bought in store but do offer an exchange or credit note if items are brought back unworn, with all tags attached and the receipt, up to 60 days after purchase,

If can’t find an alternative item at the time of return and you decide to take a credit note, this has no time limit for use and can be used in part or for full payment of other items in-store.

We will accept online returns brought into the shop, however these need to be processed in a different way compared to in-store purchases. Please bring you return to the till, inform the member of staff it is an online return and we will process this for you in a timely manner - we are unfortunately unable to do this while you are still in the shop.

 

Do you buy True Vintage pieces from the public?

Unfortunately, we do not buy vintage from customers or the public. We no longer stock true vintage item in our brick and mortar shop.

 

Do you offer Click and Collect?

We do now offer a click and collect service. Just order online as usual and pick up from our York shop. More details on Click and Collect here
